幼儿教育学院召开党总支理论学习中心组学习会

2021年3月15日上午,幼儿教育学院在启真楼307会议室组织召开党总支理论学习中心组会议,主要学习了《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷、《习近平总书记在党史学习教育动员大会上的讲话精神》、《习近平看望参加政协会议的医药卫生界教育界委员的讲话精神》等内容。幼儿教育学院党总支理论学习中心组全体成员参加了学习。

 

会上,院长兼党总支副书记何善平同志首先领学了《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷 —坚决破除制约教育事业发展的体制机制障碍,从健全立德树人落实机制,扭转不科学的教育评价导向;深化办学体制和教育管理改革,充分激发教育事业发展生机活力;提升教育服务经济社会发展能力;扩大教育开放,提升我国教育世界影响力等四个方面进行了学习解读,特别提出教育公平要作为国家基本教育政策,强调终身教育、平等教育、全民教育、开放教育,改变教育的评价机制。中心组成员对学习的相关内容进行了交流讨论,认为习近平总书记对教育问题有很透彻的分析,高等教育目前仍然存在重理论、轻素质的情况,如何抓教育质量、如何服务经济社会发展就显得尤为重要。

党总支副书记(主持工作)王继康领学了《习近平总书记在党史学习教育动员大会上的讲话精神》。习近平总书记强调,在全党开展党史学习教育,是党中央立足党的百年历史新起点、统筹中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局、为动员全党全国满怀信心投身全面建设社会主义现代化国家而作出的重大决策。全党要高度重视,提高思想站位,立足实际、守正创新,高标准高质量完成学习教育各项任务。一是要加强组织领导;二是要树立正确党史观;三是要切实为群众办实事解难题;四是要注重方式方法创新。

副书记苏群领学了《习近平看望参加政协会议的医药卫生界教育界委员的讲话精神》。习近平总书记强调,教育是国之大计、党之大计。要从党和国家事业发展全局的高度,坚守为党育人、为国育才,把立德树人融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节,贯穿基础教育、职业教育、高等教育各领域,体现到学科体系、教学体系、教材体系、管理体系建设各方面,培根铸魂、启智润心。教师是教育工作的中坚力量。有高质量的教师,才会有高质量的教育。做好老师,就要执着于教书育人,有热爱教育的定力、淡泊名利的坚守,就要有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心。要把师德师风建设摆在首要位置,引导广大教继承发扬老一辈教育工作者根草去”的精神,以赤诚之心、奉献之心、仁爱之心投身教育事业。
